The services of Starlink that will come to India will let the subscribers get internet connectivity through the constellation of SpaceX mini-satellites. Although it is not clear when the internet services will be made available in India and how long the regulatory approval is going to take.

Currently, Starlink is available in beta in remote or rural areas. The reason for this is that they do not have sufficient data connectivity for the traditional internet speed. Because the satellites are low in Earth Orbit, they are around 60 times closer to the Earth than most traditional satellites. This is why they deliver lower latency connectivity.
